3D SCANNING / BELGRADE

Your part.
In digital form.

We turn physical parts into data for inspection, reconstruction, CAD modeling and production.

HOW WE WORK

Scanning is not just capture. It is the path from real geometry to the next step.

Every part needs a different approach. We first understand what must be preserved, then choose the capture method and prepare the data for what you actually want to do with the part.

3D SCANNING PROCESS

Three steps. One model ready for work.

From blue laser lines to geometry you can inspect, modify or manufacture.

01

CAPTURE

Raptor Pro captures what the eye and ruler miss.

We use the Creality Raptor Pro to capture an existing part in detail. Laser or NIR mode is chosen according to its size, surface and the details that need to be preserved.

  • 22 cross + 7 parallel blue laser lines
  • NIR structured light for demanding surfaces

02

PROCESS

From raw data to geometry we can actually check.

We clean and organize the data, isolate the important surfaces and compare the existing part with the desired shape or a new requirement where needed.

  • Checks of openings, fits and key dimensions
  • Reconstruction and preparation for parametric modeling

OUTPUT

You get a model with a next use, not just a nice render.

The result is prepared for the next step: reconstruction, 3D printing, part modification, inspection or further CAD work.

  • Agreed format and level of detail
  • A foundation for production, replacement or a new model

5–4,000 mmObject size range
24-bitColor texture capture in NIR mode

* Manufacturer-declared values; actual results depend on geometry, surface, lighting and working conditions.

BEFORE YOU SEND THE PART

A few details are enough.

Do you already have a STEP or CAD model?
Send it with the part or photos — it speeds up comparison and reconstruction.
Can you bring the part in?
If not, send dimensions and photos; we will agree on the best remote workflow.
How is the price determined?
By size, geometry, required accuracy and the output format you need.

NEXT STEP

Have a part that should become digital geometry?

Send a photo, measurements or a short description. If you can bring the part in, we will choose the best capture approach together.
